Twirling Tutu's Terms & Conditions

Fees Terms & Conditions

I understand that:

  • Twirling Tutu's enrolments are annual, therefore I am required to pay each term fees in full. In the result of withdrawing from our program I agree that  if I do not notify Twirling Tutu's in writing of my child / children's withdrawal prior to the commencement of a new dance term I am responsible for the full term fees. 

  • Enrolled students are committed to our end of year concert and the related rehearsals.

  • All fees must be paid in advance and all missed classes must be paid for. Full term fees are due before Friday, Week 1  of each dance term. Any fees received on or after Monday, Week 2 of Term will incur a $25 late fee unless a payment plan was arranged prior to the due date.

  • Twirling Tutu's only operates during school terms and is closed during on public holidays and on days where hall space is unavailable (e.g. elections or school use). If classes are missed due to scheduling changes make up classes will be arranged and communicated via email. 

  • All fees are based on a 9 week Term (excluding Term 4). Fees may be subject to change at any time.

  • Refunds and/or discounts are not accessible or applicable in relation to my child’s tuition if classes are missed and/or participation ceases. 

  • Fees are non-transferable between dance terms or students.

  • If fees are not paid in full, my child will be restricted from participating in Twirling Tutu's classes, rehearsals and performances/concerts until the outstanding amount is paid. 

 General Terms & Conditions
I understand that:

  • I have completed the enrolment form and have agreed to all terms and conditions available on this page. I also warrant that all information on the enrolment form is correct and true. 

  • Twirling Tutu's will not be held responsible for being unable to contact me. I will inform Twirling Tutu's immediately via email if my details (phone/email/name) change. 

  • Twirling Tutu's is permitted to use the name and any photographs, sound and film recordings of my child for the promotion of Twirling Tutu's through their  website, social media and local advertisements. If I do not agree to this term I will contact Twirling Tutu's via email.

  • Although Twirling Tutu's will attempt to minimise any risk of personal injury  within practical boundaries, accidents do happen and all physical activities carry the risk of personal injury. I understand that there is an inherent risk of personal injury in physical activities that will be undertaken as part of this program. I acknowledge that by allowing my child to participate in a class, no responsibility or liability for either personal injury or financial/property damage in any way whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from any activity undertaken at or on behalf of Twirling Tutu's by myself/my child shall be accepted by Twirling Tutu's or it’s employees or agents. I am aware that it is my responsibility to assess the extent of my/my child/my ward’s involvement in this program when deciding whether additional insurance cover, above that provided by Medicare, is required. 

  • In case of emergency, I authorise Twirling Tutu's staff, where it is impractical to communicate with me, to arrange for my child/my ward to receive such medical treatment as may be deemed necessary. I also undertake to pay or reimburse costs which may be incurred for medical attention, ambulance transport and drugs administered while my child/my ward is with the program.

  • I have been provided with a risk warning on behalf of Twirling Tutu's. I understand that as a consequence of this risk warning, Twirling Tutu's does not owe myself/my child any legally binding duty of care. 

  • Twirling Tutu's have a commitment to providing a safe and happy dance environment for all. I have explained to my child(ren) the behaviour that is expected of them to ensure their safety in undertaking any activity at or on behalf of Twirling Tutu's. I take full responsibility for my child’s conduct whilst participating in any activity at or on behalf of Twirling Tutu's.

  • I will adhere to the Twirling Tutu's Code of Conduct.

 

Twirling Tutu's Code of Conduct: 

  • No classes are to be disturbed by parents, we kindly ask that all parents (excluding our tinies) wait on the seats at the side of the room or outside. 

  • Twirling Tutu's is unable to take responsibility for students before or after their scheduled classes (excluding school collection students) and it is the responsibility of the parent to ensure their child is picked up and dropped off on time. In the case of an emergency or unavoidable delay, please contact the studio immediately via TEXT to inform us of the situation so we can keep your child calm and safe until they can be collected.

  • Any questions must go through email or be asked in person to a Twirling Tutu's teacher. Parents and students are not permitted to contact Twirling Tutu's teachers or staff via phone, in person, via their personal email or social media with studio questions. 

  • Disrespect, defamation as well as physical, mental, emotional or cyber bullying by parents, staff or students will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the studio with no reimbursement for missed lessons.

  • Twirling Tutu's takes no responsibility for any stolen or misplaced property on the studio premises and we encourage our families to avoid bringing valuable items into the studio where possible.

  • Only private lesson students are permitted to enter solo competitions and it must be with the permission of their teacher and choreographer.

  • Twirling Tutu's management reserves the right to change teachers or timetabling when necessary at any time throughout the year.

  • Choreography, costuming and studio policies remain the intellectual property of Twirling Tutu's and may not be reproduced or sold by any students, parents or staff without permission of the principal.
